Description

The Paradise Circus development will be a landmark scheme in the transformation of Birmingham, linking up to Brindleyplace and extending the Central Business District. Over 140,000 sq.m mixed use development including 98,000 sq.m Grade A office in large flexible floor plates alongside a new hotel, leisure and cultural uses.

In two phases the scheme is set to start in 2015 with first office building available in 2017.

Planning Status

A masterplan is in place with outline planning permission.
