The Paradise Circus development will be a landmark scheme in the transformation of Birmingham, linking up to Brindleyplace and extending the Central Business District. The redevelopment will create a new urban block at the heart of the city including large-floorplate Grade A office accommodation and opportunities for retail and hotel uses set within a high quality environment. It will be on the doorstep of the civic core in close proximity to Birmingham’s busiest streets, cultural destinations and within a short walk of New Street Station.
Over 140,000 sq.m mixed use development including 98,000 sq.m Grade A office in large flexible floor plates alongside a new hotel, leisure and cultural uses.
In two phases the scheme is set to start in 2015 with first office building available in 2017.
A masterplan is in place with outline planning permission.
