Located within Birmingham’s prestigeous Central Birmingham Business District and on the doorstep of Snow Hill Station. Ballymore Group are progressing an outline planning application for a Grade A office scheme to provide between 20,000 and 30,000 sq m of floorspace. It will provide space bespoke to occupier needs and be complementary but distinct design to neighbouring phases. Expected to commence on site in 2013.
